Ready to Schedule Your Event?
The Process:
Our venue policy allows for two bookings per day. We hold opening events between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. and later events from 3 p.m. until that day's venue closing time. You are welcome to contact us if you would like to discuss different timing options.

Get started now:

click "View More" above under Our Spaces or "Venue" in the menu to view the facility spaces

select the right space for your event

click the "Book Now" box to check availability for your preferred date

when on the availability/booking page, make sure to check out the "View Menu" for pricing and details

click "Request to Book" or, if you're ready, select "Express Book," pay and secure your day

To secure your book, we need:

a signed rental agreement
-
booking deposit (25% of total fee at time of signing)

final payment 30 days prior to your event
The day of your event:

you will receive a door code to enter the building

we will have tables and chairs set up for your

you may add additional hours if you want to get in early to set up or stay later for cleanup
